Somewhere
in winter night
I met a little girl.
Her name was Spring she said
and she was weak.
I brought her home.
 
I gave her food.
I gave her meat and fruits.
I gave her everything that resuscitates
in spring and in winter deceases.
She wept while eating.
 
She’s gone the second day.
She could walk the world by then.
She left me a withered cherry tree.

I knew she wanted me to wait.
 
Resurrection is the sequel to demise.
Life makes death easier.
Whoever meets her next year will see.
 
While people were complaining
why this Spring came late,
 
I waited.
